Pediatrica of St. Augustine, formerly known as Pediatrics of St. Augustine under Dr. Yasin, has deteriorated significantly since the practice was sold. In my opinion, selling this practice was the worst decision Dr. Yasin could have made. Since the transition in ownership and management, the office has become extremely disorganized, inconsistent, and hostile toward long-standing patients. Outstanding every time I come in with my kids they are always so nice and polite. They give me all the information I need when I ask and more.
I would not recommend this supposed doctors office. The staff is rude, the rooms are subpar(dirty and dingy), and the doctor told my child that she needs tougher skin when asked for a referral to see a behavior health specialist. This doctor also likes to cut people off in mid sentence. I have been waiting on referrals for my kids to see an eye specialist for months and have not received the referrals. Don't take your family here. This woman has us wait for 1-3 hr before coming in the room. Even for a quick shots visit isn't quick also my kids always leave with a new germ. She isn't helpful and dropped the ball on my autistic child. She told me... woman to women don't have anymore children! Rude and disrespectful is her way.... Her office is out of date and needs a well room. Don't trust this Dr. Yasin....I get anxiety every time we go.....I would give her 0 stars!!! The worst pediatrician no people skills.
Always a great environment, receptionist was absolutely amazing !
