DO NOT RECOMMEND! Brought my 3yo in with a 105 fever!!!! Waiting in er waiting room for 40 minutes before being sat in a hallway for 2 hours! TWO HOURS IN A HALLWAY WITH A FEVER!!!! Doctor came by for 2 minutes. Nothing established, continued to have me wait. IF YOU CARE AT ALL ABOUT YOUR CHILD THIS IS NOT THE PLACE TO GO!

My daughter was in pain so I took her to an ER near us in Western MA. The staff was unprofessional and said we'd have a 3-4 hour wait time before she could be seen. We left there for BMC Pedi (70+ miles away). So glad we did! Zero wait time. Checked in, and placed in a room in less than 2 minutes. My daughter was in great hands. The nurse Kristen was great! Dr Marion, and the other 2 Supervising MD's were great. All of them did a full review/ work-up & came up with the same Dx. Each of them explained things to me in a manner... read more
One can definitely become forgotten while waiting for Doctors that are laughing coughing I felt judged and was informed wrong as well if you complain you become obnoxious to the staff or you seemingly become a threat this is insane 12 hours n a very cold pediatric er and the staff is continuously working but I was forgotten I came in at 5pm it’s now 3:00am
