If I could give zero stars I would! Front desk does not care about children with special medical needs. No exceptions are made and they lack empathy. Will be looking for a new pediatrician immediately.
Never taking a toddler here again. Walked in and the front desk made me write out an intake sheet while staring at me struggling to do it one handed. Then they sent me a text with a link where it asked me the same questions over and over again all while wrestling a toddler. Their “family” bathroom doesn’t have a changing table so the front desk person had to take us back to a room and walked away without helping to show how to put the back down on the table. My daughter sees Doctor Dave he is very knowledgeable… Also, when we need to get in for a sick appointment so far fingers crossed we’ve gotten in the same day
