Due to just poor timing and incompetence from property management, my AC was out for 3 days. When I got in touch with Matrix, they were SO helpful. They sent someone out the same day. The technician was delayed and still came out at like 8pm (I was already impressed that they were still sending him out so late). This dude came out, and went straight to fixing the problem.
