We were nervous about our baby needing surgery and she was wonderful- great bedside manner, answered all our questions, and had a great OR team

I recently had a highly disappointing experience at Pediatric Urology of Houston due to their overbilling practices. As a patient, I expect transparency and honesty in all financial matters, but this clinic fell far short of these basic expectations. We had a procedure done for our baby, according our insurance BCBS of Texas, they over billed us by $600. We explained this before the procedure but they did not want to listen.
