So disappointed. I had an appointment today and was running late due to traffic. I called the office to let them know. They said there is a 15 min grace period and that’s it ( I was going to be about 18-20 minutes late) They cancelled the appointment and told me to reschedule. I explained I really couldn’t do that and that I had left work early and taken my son out of school early. They didn’t care. I was practically begging them to still see us today but they wouldn’t.
