Overall, a positive experience. No wait time, friendly and kind staff. Nice and comfortable facility. Dr. Hou was knowledgeable, professional, and compassionate.

A doctor from this practice allegedly saw my son while he was in the NICU. I received no report, results, or consultation of any kind - in fact, I didn’t even know my son had been seen until I received a $600 bill. I called to get a report or request the doctor to call with the results of his exam and was told I need to mail in a written request. This practice cares only about billing people, and not providing any actual service, which to me is illegal and unethical. Obviously, I will be seeking care for my son elsewhere.
