This practice repeatedly bills the patient instead of the insurance. Despite countless attempts to update insurance information. It's a shame that I have to switch practices because they cannot get their billing in order.
The staff is all so friendly and really make sure you're taken care of. My BF had COPD and I will stay with this particular office because they make you feel comfortable.
My child sees Dr. Kozakowski. She is very knowledgeable. The staff that I interacted with in the Long Branch office were pleasant.
