Our experience with Dr. Taylor was extremely disappointing.
As a healthcare professional, I do not easily criticize fellow healthcare professionals. However, the experience we had with Pediatric Urology under Dr. Taylor was something I cannot overlook. In short, Dr. Taylor was unapologetically late, frigid in her demeanor towards my husband and I, and displayed zero kindness or compassion towards our infant son who was there for a circumcision at two months of age. Waited almost 1.5 hours, was with the provider for less than 10 minutes that resulted in little help, and then received a $650 bill. Not what I expected for my 1st time at a Vanderbilt medical facility.
