When I needed to rush to urgent care, my pediatrician highly recommended this place so I ran there with my daughter. I couldn’t be more pleased with the help and the care we received from the entire staff. Darcy was so attentive and went through every option with me. Everybody there from the front desk to the nurses or all friendly and caring. I trust them immensely. . I now know why my pediatrician highly recommends pediatric Urgent Care Of Rochester.
This place is privately owned and is putting profits over patients. They will “NEVER” try to fix your child on the first visit. Their goal is to treat the patient very conservatively, knowing that they have a better chance at getting you back in the door when the first course was set in place to fail.
Absolutely incredible! The doctors and nurses are so caring, prompt, and knowledgeable. The space is clean and welcoming and puts you at ease when your little one feels ill! Our son had an anaphylactic reaction and they dealt with him calmly, reassured us, and delivered such high-quality care! 100% recommend!
Disappointed with our visit. Brought in our 9 month old baby who has been sick for 4 days, had a fever and not sleeping. I have no idea who we saw or what their credentials were as they did not introduce themselves. Did not ask any pertinent questions and basically told us to get used to him being sick as he is in daycare. Very dismissive. I'm a PA myself and was very disappointed by that interaction. Will not be returning.
Everything was top notch, from the facility to the staff to the wait(almost none). We got fast, effective care and a great consultation. Popsicles for the kids and cold bottled water for the adults. Service like this is almost unheard of these days, especially in the medical industry. Bravo.
