Horrible experience. Went there because of an ongoing diagnosed issue — Pediatric Nurse Practitioner misgendered my kid, didn’t look fully in the ear, lied about what she could see (we have a Tyto care kit and can see in the ear) — even my kid on the spectrum said her vibe was off the second she came in the room. They don’t even have fully equipped care rooms, they bring their otoscope with them, didn’t even switch to a smaller cover for my kid’s narrow ear canal. Brought in our sick 10 month old baby and we were seen almost immediately. Everyone was so kind and moved quickly to get him some relief. In and out within 2 hours on a Monday night!
On February 14th, 2025, we took our one-year-old son to Pediatric Urgent Care of Rochester because he caught my upper respiratory infection. His cough was worrying me, so my husband and I thought it would be best to get him checked out to ensure his lungs were clear of any fluids. brought my 2 year old daughter in to have a rash looked at. the front office and first nurse were great, the doctor was aweful. she didn't give me her name or credentials, over talked me and dismissed what i tried to say. she then sent me home saying it was nothing and to just keep doing what i've been doing. she did take a swab and said the result will take about a week, no other info and she left the room. two seconds later she came back in with another doctor for a second look. that docotor was better, but also dismissive... read more
