Can’t say enough good things about Dr. Gretchen. She was so empathetic, thorough and gentle with my kid. We always have a great experience at this urgent care!.
They were incredibly quick and the nurses and front office staff were excellent. You could tell the physician was incredibly knowledgeable but I found him to be rather rude and dismissive. I'll return to Acute Kids in Webster next time.
This place is the very first medical facility that I have been to where they turn away a sick child because the mom didn’t have her insurance card the only option was to pay $200 🤬🤬🤬🤬in order to see her ?? Like that’s unbelievable!!! This place was not will to work with the mother and make it easier with a payment plan or anything!Definitely unprofessional service pediatric care but turn a sick child away ?? This system is broken !!!!!
Every time I’ve brought my children here the experience has been excellent. The staff that welcomes us, our intake nurse, the doctor that sees us, and anyone else involved are extremely professional, patient, courteous and thorough. We’ve been here for everything from illnesses to injuries, and the care is top notch. In fact tonight I was expecting my daughter to have to have x-rays, but after the exam the doctor told us that would be a waste of time and money for us, and she gave some excellent advice and referrals. Our 4 months old son was suffering flu and having a fever, we came in for urgent help. In general we got treated well after we got inside which is why I give an extra star for the doctors and nurses. HOWEVER, the front desk lady KATE was EXCEPTIONALLY CARELESS and RUDE. Because she did not know what’s Medicaid and insisted we need to give her a “insurance card number” (when we already give our Medicaid card to her) and our son was projectile vomiting in front of her face, vomited all over his own clothes and all she did was ... read more
