Everytime I come here it’s sooo slow as you wait for the doctor, even with an appointment. Plan for at least 1 hour if not more.
I'm reaching out to express my dissatisfaction with the recent customer service experience. While I understand that mistakes can happen, there was clearly a miscommunication about payment method. I was disappointed by the lack of empathy shown towards my situation. As a customer experiencing financial difficulties, I felt that my concerns were not adequately acknowledged or addressed. Pathetic service. Waited in the patient room for 1.5 hours but the nurse practitioner never showed up (No Doctor was available). Every time I went to ask, I was told by the nurse that ours is the next turn, but that turn never came. My daughter had eye pain and couldn't even open her eyes, but no one cared about that. Worst ever experience. They need to hire better staff. Never ever going back to this urgent care.
This place is gross...it was roach central USA. You'd expect a medical facility to smell and look clean. This place smelled like fried rice and had roaches everywhere. Additionally, the wait was very long, longer than I've ever waited at any urgent care. Needless to say, we did not have a good experience.
