May 26, 2026- The worst clinic you could ever rely on. We went there for my baby’s 6-month vaccine appointment just to be told they had run out of vaccines. Seriously? You knew this and couldn’t make a simple phone call beforehand? My partner had to leave work for absolutely nothing. To make it worse, the receptionist was fully aware of the situation and still couldn’t even manage a basic apology. 0 star! We waited for more than 30 minutes to be seen because my baby was having bad tummy pain and also had eye discharge. Unfortunately, we had a very disappointing experience with the lady doctor wearing glasses. She didn’t properly check my baby’s tummy or eyes and didn’t even touch or examine him properly. She just casually looked at him like she saw him on the street and simply told us to give him gas drops. The whole consultation took less than 10 minutes and it felt very rushed. Extremely long wait times with no clear communication. Walk-in patients are treated as a low priority. There also appears to be favoritism, with some patients being allowed to skip the line while others who arrived earlier continue to wait. On top of that, the staff is rude and unwelcoming, including toward young kids—completely unacceptable in a healthcare setting.
receptionists are useless and better be replaced with AI
I've always brought my toddlers here, the front desk team Fareshta, Hawa & Sophia are always very caring and attentive. There are many doctors so while I can't name them all I can say they've all also been diligent and caring towards the kids everytime we've been (which is often unfortunately). The clinics has longer hours than most clinics and also has certain tests available that make a diagnosis faster. This clinic has been been our family's go to instead of spending 8+ hours waiting in an emergency room.
