An amazing place to take your kids! The morning staff was incredibly helpful and had my children leaving with big smiles. The doctor took the time to thoroughly assess my little one and listened carefully to all of their concerns. We felt truly cared for.
Took my kids here in the morning and was in and out in under 20 minutes! Everyone was so kind and the doctor was very thorough.
Do not trust your kids with this organization. Dr. Nesrin Abousetta was my daughters doctor. She left unexpectedly and with no warning . The last time I did my daughter vaccine , the doctor kept the yellow card . Now that I’m requesting for it , they are saying I have to pay. This is unacceptable because now I have to pay out of pocket for the medical records in order to switch to a new doctor . Now I’m being penalized because a doctor in your faculty just left . Never again
My experience at the clinic was extremely disappointing. The front desk staff was rude, disrespectful, and provocative. I went with my one-and-a-half-month-old baby, and they refused to admit him, claiming his health card was inactive—which is completely false. They told me that if I wanted him to be seen, I would have to pay $200. They refused to provide medical care for my baby, even though I explained that he was sick and needed attention, and that he is entitled to receive free healthcare.
