If I could give this place a no-stars I would! My son was diagnosed with ASD back in August 2022. I enrolled him in speech and occupational, at Pediatric Therapy World at the being of the year Jan 2023 after having him in another place. I thought it was the right move but it's become the worst experience for my nonverbal ASD 3-year-old. After 5 months with no issues, my baby did not want to go back! 😔😩 Something happened to him in that place because to this day I can't go pass the building without him freaking out. If I could give it a 0 I would. If you have kids with ASD please search further for a therapy that will surround your kids with joy and care. The front desk women are extremely rude and unprofessional. They will have your kids waiting out side for their parents for 5-10 minutes if your kids do “30” sessions it’ll be a 20 minute one if your insurance pays for an “60” minute session it’ll be a 50 minute session. If I could give them a 0 I would. So I have a bone to pick with Pediatric Therapy World. I had my son evaluated on October 9th. I was first informed the wait could be 10 to 15 days then I was informed it could take over 30 days. The inaccurate information begins. At the moment he is under two insurance policies and one will expire as of November. In the beginning of this process, I was under the impression that his primary insurance was already canceled.
