If I could, I would give more than five stars, because I cannot say enough wonderful things about Ms. Ashley and Ms. Laura and the administration staff (Ms. Haley and Ms. Katherine) at Wake Forest Pediatric Therapies. Our speech therapist is wonderful, but the administrative staff leaves much to be desired. They are cold and rude. Really disappointing.
My son went here for occupational therapy with Ms. Amanda for over three years. It was a great experience and he is doing so well now. Amanda helped him overcome fine and gross motor delays and learn to manage his sensory sensitivities and anxiety around change and transitions. Now my daughter goes here as well for speech therapy with Emily and occupational therapy with Carrie. Emily is kind and patient. I was totally displeased with my experience here particularly for PT with Brian. He didn't interact with my child and just left him in different positions to cry. We've since switched to a new PT place and he is doing amazing and happily goes in alone every time!
Very thankful to have found pediatric therapy associates. My son works with Mallory for OT and Ashley for speech. The ladies have helped my son tremendously. He looks forward to his appointments each week.
