I have the pleasure of working with PTS as an SLP. They are supportive, friendly, and effective and I plan to continue my relationship with them for many years to come! I have nothing but good things to say about them as a company and about the staff I work directly with each week.
I have worked at PTS for the past 3 years, both as an RBT and an LBS, and it has been nothing but wonderful. The staff you are paired with in the districts are super friendly and helpful. The clinical directors go above and beyond to make sure we all feel supported in our day to day and will do whatever they can to ensure we have everything we need before coming to work. I have worked with other behavior companies in the area and none of them compare to PTS.

Would not recommend applying to this job or using them for services. During my job interview Colleen Smith laughed in my face when I told her I did not want to work at a specific location because of the sexual abuse allegations that I had heard about. Laughed out loud about sex abuse. After offering me a job (which they lied about) and completing more than half of their onboarding paperwork, they rescinded my job offer after not replying to an email for 2 business days.
