$500 Bill for 5min office visit This review is for Pediatric Surgical Associates’ billing/charge practice. My son was referred to see a Urologist here. We met Dr. Alonso Carrasco for about 5 minutes in total during the office visit in St Paul campus on July 11, 2025 with two main conclusions: it is a common medical condition for kids, and it requires a minor surgical procedure. This place is a joke, you get a referral to get something removed from your child’s finger & they don’t remove it then it’s back infected 3 days later, if you would have removed the object it wouldn’t be infected again. Not helpful at all don’t even call back then tell you to go see your doctor as if you weren’t already referred to have the object taken out. Just foolish.
My daughter was referred to be scheduled for an appointment here. I was really hoping for a good experience because I have heard good things, however instead of them calling me I had to call them. I had to play phone tag for 2 days, and then when I finally got ahold of somebody to talk to, the person refused to scheduled me an appointment. I asked what needed to take place for her appointment to be scheduled and what steps I needed to take as my daughter urgently needs to be seen, and this woman hung up on me. Staff is the best and Dr.Hutcheson hands down is the best doctor
Dr Wahoff removed a deep hemangioma on our 11 month old. Great process overall, we had surgery at Ridges and it went well. They were all great with communication during what could be at times a very stressful event for the parents.
