While my son was attending the ABA here, I attempted to pick up at the end of the day and the door was locked. When I asked for video footage I was told by the owner that I could not view footage. Which with police report should be allowed. With children who are non verbal and with a company wants to make you sign paperwork for cameras there is no reason why we should not be able to see any and all footage and evidence of our children for comfort, especially when leaving them with strangers for several hours in a day.
My son was there before. Very scary and bad vibe. You don't have access to see what is happening with your child when he/she is inside with someone you don’t know while most of the little children who are there cannot express what is happening to them. Even, they did not put their pictures in their website, so the people don't know them. My son Jerry has been going to pediatric speech Lab for about 2 years now and we are very happy with his teacher Ms.Jules. He is always very happy to see her. Ms. Jules is really great with Jerry. The secretary at the front desk is great. I recommend coming here. Very friendly. If you have any questions they’re all there to answer them.
Pediatric Speech Lab offers my family an opportunity to find pleasure in habilitative care. The professionalism is top notch and the service is amazing.
