Visited for the first time, and the team was amazing! They were very friendly, positive, and communicative! Had visits with multiple members of staff, each with kind, encouraging and helpful advice! Came in worried about my son's diagnosis, left with answers, roadmap of treatment, tools for long term care, and clear goals with expectations of a normal life! Very thankful!
Love Doctor Harper! She’s wonderful, patient and caring. We don’t feel rushed or feel like a number on the board when we go in.
I have been a patient here since I was born, and I wish I could rate this place a 0. This place is very, very flithy. Looks like it's NEVER been clean, which is horrible since this is a hospital clinic with patients that have a weak immune system. Social workers broke patient confidentiality and then acted like nothing happened. I've been sitting here for two hours. The doctor didn't even come in. She called in sick and then did video calls with patients.
