Okay if you have an easy solve. Office staff is abrupt & will make you pay copay even if you don't have one. This happened all year. Recommended a specialty program @ CHOP that he said he was familiar with. Truthfully was completely wrong about procedure for it & refused to write referral even though it was his recommendation. You will not be accepted without your doctor's referral.
