An absolute waste of time and money coming here. Called to make an appt while my child was sick, they scheduled him out a couple weeks and then said since he's now fine there's nothing to do but call next time he is sick

I wanted them to fax the order outside of chkd and they refused to do so.... when I have every right to my child medical records ...I was even going to provide them with a fax number to send it so I can. Go get my child mri done .... they already contacted me July 18 for a different order even gave me instructions to not feed my baby 4-5 hrs prior and to arrive 45mins before 840am appt on July 19th and I show up the day of and they claim now that didn't receive the order ...

We should’ve been writing this review years ago. Our family with 3 boys have been with Dr. Fred Fink since their birth. Not only is Dr. Fred a consummate professional, he is a warm-hearted person with genuine love and concern for every patient. It is the most positive doctor experience we have. True love ❤️ thank you for everything

rom past reviews it seems like this place is going downhill for more and more people. I've been taking my kids there for years with hopes it would get better. Sadly, it just keeps getting worse. The staff are very getting in and get you out. They don't do all they can to help your kid. If there becomes an actual problem that you need to deal with the practice manager. Expect to deal with an unprofessional and no reasoning person. She is all about how much money she can get from you. There is no one above her so she can be as... read more

Just wanted to say that we had a terrific appointment with Jessica in the Pooler office. We were new patients and she was so patient and thorough during our visit. We were in and out of the appointment in a very timely manner, which is always great!!

As much as I love the doctor there. I am completely disgusted that they have a nurse there that started texting my husband, the father of my children, one day after my child’s checkup. Very unprofessional and she still works there even after filing a complaint.

This is my review for General Booth Red Mill office: I’ve been taking my children to this Dr practice for three years now. But, my last visit was so confusing. First, they gave a behavior evaluation to my teen and I couldn’t help him with the answers. Since he is down in his mood due to being in quarantine and having to leave his friends back in our home town. He filled it in as a sad state. What a horrible experience today at CHKD Urgent Care in Newport News. Daughter needed 2 xrays done and only one other kid ahead of us in waiting room. We waited 20 minutes before anyone came up to sign us in. Receptionist up front never explained to me why other people were being signed in ahead of us. I do know you can save a spot but this was ridiculous. Finally someone came from back and explained she was the only one who could sign us in for X-rays. He had an attitude from the start. I relocated to this area and had awesome doctors previously. So it was hard to find a good practice to come close to the care that we were used to. So far, Tidewater Children's Associates have been wonderful. We love all of the doctors and nurses there. They take their time with you and answer all my questions. I've never felt rushed. My only negative is when calling in to schedule an appointment. However, I have a feeling it is not this office I am talking with, but a scheduling department somewhere else.
