We arrived late due to unexpected circumstances but Demitri greeted us & never let us feel we inconvenienced the schedule. My grandson is autistic with anxiety & ADHC yet Demitri was SO kind, patient, friendly & comforting making sure my boy was aware of everything happening. Amy was just as kind & patient while reassuring my boy that if he could fall asleep in 10 minutes, he would never know his wires were uncomfortable. Demitri was friendly, kind, efficient & PATIENT! He explained everything to my boy as he worked & answered his questions & made conversation with him as if they were old pals! Amy came in to reassure my uncomfortable, anxious & crying child that if he fell asleep, morning would come quickly. The Patience & Kindness along with the Professionalism left me feeling SURE we were treated like Royalty!!

We had an amazing experience with Pediatric Sleep Specialists here in Houston. Dimitri truly went above and beyond during our baby’s sleep study. My 10-month-old was not a fan of all the cables (understandably!), but Dimitri was incredibly patient, gentle, and reassuring throughout the entire process. He took the time to make both me and my baby feel as comfortable as possible, never rushed us, and handled every moment with so much care and professionalism. We received excellent care. Demitri and Andrew were very professional, took the time to explain the process and answered all our questions. My daughter was scared and nervous about the process, but Demitri helped make light of the situation and turned it into an enjoyable and fun experience for her. Highly recommend them!
