Great expierence tech was very friendly and nice to my 5 year old, his name was John.
Our experience was great. The techs, Brett and Roxana, were nothing but kind and gentle. They were attentive and respectful, listened to all my 5yo’s questions and responded with friendly age-appropriate answers. They won me over with how tenderly they helped tuck him into bed. The night time interruptions were limited and brief, only to adjust the sensors, and my child tolerated it very well. The room was perfectly adequate for a sleep study, no frills but robust WiFi. Waste of time and money. Stanford Sleep Medicine is disjointed and incompetent. Tried to have my son do a sleep study Nov 2023. Waited months to receive an appointment in Feb 2024. Never received a follow up from any doctors. Never received a sleep study report. After more than 9 months of getting the run around, I come to find out that oxygen levels were NOT noted in the report and now he has to do another sleep study. Meanwhile they have charged my insurance for a useless report and my son hasn't gotten the help he needs.

My son had his first overnight sleep study here in March 2023. I hope to warn families who are first time using this facility possible cons. 1) Unprofessional technician: Our technician David was very mad with us when he found my son applied lotion before he came in. He insisted that we should know before the appt and became impatient with us the rest of the night.
