April 21st of 2026, I took my autistic son to do this sleep study. Now, after the horrible experience with eh super rude and entitled stuff, I am wondering if this is a scam!!!!! I went there and the stuff look at me and said we cannot do it if your son doesn't listen. He was treated myself and my son like completely garbage. Awhile I noticed he has no way he understand typical kids let alone my son, I asked him if he has kids, he said no. The only reason i won’t give it 5 stars is because they don’t call you back when you leave a voice message if you speak spanish ! And the receptionist fluently speaks it. Apart from that our stay was great, our tech Lawrence was very nice and gentle throughout the process even when he came in to wake up my child.
Several months later, and my child is still traumatized by the experience of going here. I did my best to prepare kiddo before we went, but they was so little communication from the staff that my child actually thought they could not sleep on their side. They were frozen on their back the entire night and even though it's been months, we still don't even have the results from the study. I doubt that we even got any good data. Great expierence tech was very friendly and nice to my 5 year old, his name was John.
Our experience was great. The techs, Brett and Roxana, were nothing but kind and gentle. They were attentive and respectful, listened to all my 5yo’s questions and responded with friendly age-appropriate answers. They won me over with how tenderly they helped tuck him into bed. The night time interruptions were limited and brief, only to adjust the sensors, and my child tolerated it very well. The room was perfectly adequate for a sleep study, no frills but robust WiFi.
