Incredible and offensive overcharging for services. $1800(!) for a one hour Zoom call with a “Sleep Specialist” after a five month waiting period that basically provided generic advice and information that could be found on any Google Search. No follow-up. Dysfunctional portal. Horrible communication of billing practices. Refusal to adjust or discuss fees. Our child was on-screen for with the provider for about 10 total seconds. Beware.
