The best Doctors around. We have been going to this practice since 2002. They care about their patients, listen to what issues they are having and take the time with their patients. We wouldn't go anywhere else.
We absolutely love Dr. Mandujano. However, his Billing Manager, Stephanie, is very rude and unprofessional. She was really nice until I inquired about a possible overpayment. I provided my research, and proof (HSA statements). I called, left voicemails, and sent emails with no response from her. When I finally reached her, she said that the process would take awhile. What does ‘awhile’ mean…a week, a month, a year? Well, it’s been a month, and I still haven’t heard back from from her.
Stephanie and Samantha in the front office need to focus more on working and less on eating. The both can barely walk as it is. One size does not fit all. Dr Mandujano and his wife are so money driven it's gross.Go elsewhere.
Today my son had his first appointment with Dr. Medina and we are absolutely blown away in the best way! Dr. Medina was so kind and thorough, and I could tell that he really cared about my son. He even FaceTimed with us as soon as the chest x-ray results came in, just a couple hours after leaving his office. His medical assistant, Ashley, had a natural touch with children and made my son feel very comfortable.
