The best Doctors around. We have been going to this practice since 2002. They care about their patients, listen to what issues they are having and take the time with their patients. We wouldn't go anywhere else.
We absolutely love Dr. Mandujano. However, his Billing Manager, Stephanie, is very rude and unprofessional. She was really nice until I inquired about a possible overpayment. I provided my research, and proof (HSA statements). I called, left voicemails, and sent emails with no response from her. When I finally reached her, she said that the process would take awhile. What does ‘awhile’ mean…a week, a month, a year? Well, it’s been a month, and I still haven’t heard back from from her.
Today my son had his first appointment with Dr. Medina and we are absolutely blown away in the best way! Dr. Medina was so kind and thorough, and I could tell that he really cared about my son. He even FaceTimed with us as soon as the chest x-ray results came in, just a couple hours after leaving his office. His medical assistant, Ashley, had a natural touch with children and made my son feel very comfortable. I have just had the best experience at a doctor that I have ever had in my life. My son has been coughing and wheezing and getting sick for years and years. Sicker than any of my other kids get and always for much longer. I take him to the doctor, and they prescribe him some thing and eventually he gets better. But I finally decided that he needed to see a pulmonologist because it was breaking my heart, seeing him coughing all of the time.
