They incorrectly billed insurance. Then expected me to just roll over and pay the bill. I could've bought the nebulizer machine for a fraction of the total cost online.

They billed my insurance $500 for a $80 breast pump. And it doesn't even work!!

I contacted them about a breast pump and they called me back saying I would have to pay a bunch of money out of pocket even though my insurance told me it would be 100% covered. Total scam. Got the same pump from a different supplier at no out of pocket cost to me.

Absolute gross negligence of conscious for greed. They charge $240 for a nebulizer you can buy online for 1/5 of the cost. My 5 month old son needed a nebulizer and after being told it would be covered under insurance, it was indeed NOT. Their only response was "Thats what we charge". If you are considering doing business or contracting with them, go elsewhere. As a mother I am disgusted someone would price gouge a medical item for especially for a child. They should be ashamed.

The tubing and mask alone were $45 when you can buy the same thing through other DME companies online for $9.99 and the actual neb for around $50. Of course my insurance didn't pay this and it went to my ded... read more
