We are soooo thankful for Pediatric Partners. We moved from another state where our kids had seen the same doctor for 11 years. When we moved; the pediatrician we first saw at a different facility (Wellstar) was not good. She was overcharging for well child visits and coding them as sick visits AND well child visits (yes double dipping) so we received bills for co-pays for healthy kids! My son has been seeing Dr. Kitchens since we moved here from Maryland. She’s always been fabulous and seemed to truly care about everything concerning him! Today his appt was at 2:40, and there’s a 15 minute grace period-I let my son out at the door and parked. So at exactly 2:56, ONE MINUTE AFTER THE GRACE PERIOD (although he was physically already inside), I was asked to reschedule! ONE MINUTE! UNBELIEVABLE! The staff here are so kind. The front desk staff are kind. The MA/nurse (the one who does weights, gives shots, etc idk what her title is), and we see Dr. Johnson. I have a friendly baby as is and he needs to work on his stranger danger BUUUUT he still doesn't go to people like he goes to Dr. Johnson. He interacted with her like she is his favorite Aunt. He was giving his version of kisses which he doesn't do with everyone. She has a way with babies. They light up to see each other. She is easy to talk to. Gives good info. S... read more
Love this location very friendly and helpful!! From the front desk staff Kim is the absolute best very helpful and quick with anything needed!! We see Dr. Kitchens and she is great with my kids listens to everything in detail and asks plenty of questions.
