At the beginning they were fantastic. We started my daughter in July and they were great. At the time they were taking OT referrals so I had our program coordinator send the referral. Then things changed. They expanded, and things got worse. She was going twice a week for thirty minute sessions. Every time it was a different therapist and at one point they had a lady at the front desk who tried to argue with my husband about the co-pays and coverage. We’ve had a fantastic experience at Pediatric Pals! LoLo & TayTay are the best and my child is always to excited to see them. My child has made wonderful progress, and they always keep us informed on how he is doing. I highly recommend them if you are searching for a pediatric speech therapist!
Pediatric Pals is amazing in every way. Highly recommend without any hesitation. My little one struggled with so many foods daily. Now he is very open to trying foods and picked up a lot of favorites that he wouldn’t have ever even tried without the help of the Pediatric Pals team! Get your little the help they need with this group, you won’t be let down!
Logan has been wonderful with P! She’s been so great at helping her be more comfortable with her words. So thankful to have a therapy location close to home as well!
My daughter absolutely loves coming here. Mrs Taylor and Mrs Logan have been the sweetest and most patient people. The office really focuses on that one on one time with the kids as well as trying to get some to interact to broaden their speech and activity! 10/10 recommend!
