What a massive let down.. Unfortunately not the first. My son has had progressive hearing loss and was referred here. They REFUSED to consider him urgent and were literally making us wait 6-8 weeks for an appt for my sons "middle ear infection" that he was never diagnosed with to heal on its own. They went as far to DENY a second "urgent" referral AND they got a call from my PCP. I called patient advocate to help and they came back with the same response from this ENT.
