Although when we first heard the bug C word, (cancer) I can't help it say Dr Randall and his assistant Liz have taken care of my daughter,.... as if she was theirs..... hate getting all the sugar coating but I feel as if he is more personal and invested in saving my daughter... VS most of the doctors she has seen before he was here. Thank you for fixing my baby!!
He has operated on my daughter twice. He is the best surgen out there and he is the one a trust!
We arrived a few minutes early for my appointment, and was uneasy when we saw that the office was packed with people waiting- so many that there were not enough chairs for everyone. we ended up waiting over an hour before we decided to cancel our appointment. Do your very best to communicate wait times to the folks in your waiting room. Having an apology at hand or even a small gift can make such a difference.
