Front office is more focused on socializing with themselves than helping the patients.
Dr. Francois Lalonde was wonderful to visit!! He was calm, reassuring, efficient, and clear in explaining what he was assessing and the next steps we should take for our 14-month-old. We had gone to the CHOC ER a week before and an x-ray was taken of her arm. We were told to schedule a follow up with Dr. Lalonde. The front desk was very nice and friendly to work with in scheduling an appointment as soon as possible. Our appointment was early in the morning with minimal wait time. Dr Majumdar is a great Doctor very detail oriented. Her staff is amazing Diana and Zamayra made sure I had my appointments in place and helped me through my MRI process.
Waited in the room for an hr just to be seen for two minutes worse office ever
