My son appoint was 8/1/22 for a shoulder injury with a knot on his shoulder. We came in with X-rays from our doctor office…Dr. Byer office did not take X-rays. Told us to ice the shoulder and take Aleve and he will be fine, nothing serious. No follow up appoint or nothing. I did not feel comfortable so I got a second opinion with Ortho Atlanta and they didn’t even ask for previous X-rays because they did their own. My son has a shoulder separation grade2/3. My daughter had an appt scheduled 6+ months ago for 8am this morning with Byars at the Stockbridge location. She arrived (with her father) and the door was still locked and no one was answering for them on the check in phone number. I called. I was placed on and off hold till the lady informed me that, "It looks like they cancelled your appt and called you." (They did not) I advised her that I called a month ago to confirm and was sent on Tuesday this week the online check in and confirmation email and I did the process. It ... read more
