Waited for an hour and a half for the doctor.. he basically addressed us with the door open and nearly one foot out the door. Gave us less than 60 seconds of his time, didn’t give us time to ask questions and was still talking with his back to us as he was walking out the door. When putting the cast on, they were not gentle and blatantly ignored my attempts to communicate that to them. Complete scam artists. They billed for a surgery that never took place and refuse to provide any evidence or verification for the services which were not rendered. Physician was reluctant to even give me the X-rays. Apparently because having the X-ray for a fake fracture meant he could charge more for a surgery he was not going to perform.
