This place seems like a scam. No medical equipment in any of the exam rooms. It might as well be in any old office building. Doctor spends very little time with patient. Nurses don't explain after-visit information. Just hand you a stack of papers and a sling or boot and you're off to figure it out yourself. There is never any other patient when we've been, yet when you try to call, you'll be number 61 or 27 on the waiting list then receive a call back 5 or 6 hours later. At least you don't have to wait on hold.

VERY upset with this office! I was referred to this office by our Primary care, my 9 year old daughter had broken her arm. Our first visit to the office was wonderful, the staff was friendly. We had a follow up 4 weeks later. When we arrive to the office we were told our appointment was 2 days prior. No call or text when the appointment was missed, nor a call to confirm the appt beforehand! Not a huge deal, appointment rescheduled to Monday at 9am. I was referred to this practice by my baby’s doctor. I was scheduled to see Dr. Oswald. I must say that the office staff was very nice and the nurse was very gentle with my little one. However, Dr. Oswald was not when it came to physically examining my baby. The Dr. asked me to walk with my baby to see what my concern was. We sat back in the chair for like three seconds. This is the story of my visit to and billing from Pediatric Orthopedic Associates: My child injured an ankle and we were referred to Pediatric Orthopedic Associates, Woodstock office. A practitioner, not a doctor, took two x-rays and determined there was no fracture. The injury was diagnosed as a "Growth Plate Fracture" or "Toddler's Fracture".
