The office staff had an horrible attitude, about a canceled appointment.
My kids love Dr. Carter! They came home from their visit and said he was “soooo nice”. The lovely woman at the front desk is very kind and helpful. Very pleasant experience all around :)
We had a fantastic experience with Dr. Carter and his staff. The front desk associate was extremely patient and kind. Dr. Carter is competent, compassionate and we feel grateful such a wonderful resource is available for our daughter.
