Do not recommend at this time. Unfortunately have been taking both of my children there for years but now they are understaffed and unable to give good care. My son went for contact lense appointment but they can’t see him until next year to get him in for contact class fitting hence unable to give prescription. Unreal. This information needs to be given ahead of time. No other practice I can find wants to take the liability without another full exam which I guess I need to pay out of pocket for. In seeing these reviews, I realize my concerns were valid. I tried to make an appointment becuase my teen is having issues with his eyes. I spoke with Michael, the office manager. He made it clear that the doctors prioritize payment over patient care. He refused to make a future appointment because he would not call to confirm our insurance. He doesn't make calls, he told me. Very friendly professional place they work really well with my special needs son
I’ve been bringing my daughter to the murrysville office location since she was around 5 years old. I love all the doctors /staff the office is very professional. Now that my daughter is a preteen she’s considering contact lenses first and foremost it took 5 months to get this appointment because this office is always scheduling out. Then coming to appointment since she want contact lenses it’s another month because she have to do classes at that which is 100 bucks that’s not covered by insurance.
