Dr. Fry has been great! He has helped my kids immensely. He is great with the kids. They really like him, and I appreciate his knowledge and advice. The lady at the front desk has always been pleasant and affable. I would recommend Dr. Fry.

Dr fry is amazing 5 stars to him but Ann is so unprofessional. When you can get her to answer the phone she gripes you are jamming up the line. Then she talks over you so you can't get you questions answered or even explain why you are calling.
The front office lady Ann is absolutely the most rudest person. Ann always has a smart ass comment whenever you ask for something to be addressed, like refills or a prior auth. Ann has no business working in a pediatric neuro office where parents only reach out for help and assistance when it comes to their children's medication or appts. Dr. Fry, you seriously need to address this situation because there is no reason for Ann to be so disrespectful and rude.
