This doctor has 0 bedside manner. Doesn't listen to what you're saying and is quick to jump to conclusions and treatment. She hardly let me finish a question before jumping in with an irrelevant and unhelpful answer. Is very quick to push the 1-hour EEG on the day of your new patient appointment, but never gives you the results or calls back. Feels like a money grab. The office is also pretty gross. I don't recommend it.
I requested my sons medical records over a year ago and requested a call regarding his results no call and they expect me to come back for a follow up? Horrible service. How am I not entitled for my sons medical records? Receptionist called just now asking to schedule clients follow up and told her my concerns she could care less her response was so remove you from the call list? Like seriously? Never coming back. Horrible service.

The doctors there may be kind, but the front desk completely ruined my experience. I brought my son in January for an evaluation, and here we are in March with STILL no results or follow-up. That is completely unacceptable—especially when this involves a child and something that is clearly urgent. When I called to request my son’s results, instead of any sense of urgency or empathy, I was met with attitude and excuses. I was told I’d have to wait “a couple of days” for a doctor’s authorization just to release MY SON’S record... read more
They never called me back with my child’s results after I called and left the doctor numerous messages requesting my son Elias Negron results from the exams they did for him the first day he went.
