The doctors and staff there are unprofessional. I can tolerate the waiting, but they didn’t even bother to explain anything. They even gave us the wrong paperwork that needed to be submitted for an accurate diagnosis — how can they expect to provide the right diagnosis like this? My child had an examination two months ago, but we still haven’t received any results. Absolute worst experience I’ve ever had with a doctors office. Our initial appointment was an hour late. My child was prescribed blood work and an mri. Though I immediately made an appointment for the MRI and informed them they made no attempts submit for a pre authorization with my insurance. Though I got the bloodwork done with the lab they preferred, I still have not gotten my child’s lab results despite calling every day. Two weeks later I’ve gotten no response.

The Doctor is excellent the young lady at the front desk was very unprofessional. She said they could not see my son if I didn’t pay a co pay. Then when I told her no problem I will zell my son the money and he will Make the payment she followed him into the room.shut the door and told the tech he can not proceed until co pay was made! I just want to Emphasize that we didn’t not give push back in making the co pay. The doctor should find herself a new front desk person. It’s not what is asked it’s how and the follow through.... read more
