I am so upset with this practice, at first everything seemed great. My son was supposed to get a mri done but they failed to send in the proper papers to the hospital. The day before his appointment they still didn’t send after being called for 2 weeks. I called them twice to figure out when they could send it so he could do his appointment tomorrow and I kept getting “we are busy we will get to it when we get to it” then they blocked me and the hospitals number so we couldn’t call them. Absolutely unacceptable experience with this pediatric neurologist. My son was seen on June 26th, and here we are, weeks later, still with no follow-up on his test results. I’ve called multiple times, sent emails, and still — radio silence. What exactly are four people doing at the front desk if no one can return a simple phone call or respond to an email?
