Este lugar es una burla, más de tres meses tratando de conseguir una cita, casi nunca contestan el teléfono o te devuelven la llamada y cuando lo hacen es para pedir algún dato nuevo como si el pediatra no hubiera mandado lo necesario para ellos, de igual forma es por gusto ir con todo lo necesario para hacer la cita personalmente porque te dicen que es por teléfono y jamás llamaron. Dr. Flasterstein is absolutely amazing. Great with the kids. He is so knowledgeable. We had a problem with insurance and he made sure my son was still able to get his meds, until the issue with insurance was worked out.
My child was seen for an EEG test to evaluate her for ADHD a couple of months ago, and from the initial appointment I felt standoffish about attending any further follow ups with Dr. Bernardo Flasterstein. Today was my last and final appointment with this office. He takes no professional approach in hearing the concerns of the parents. How do you tell a parent to hush while you speak and continue to provide a story tell of a scenario that does not pertain to my child’s needs!? I was referred to this doctor for an autism evaluation for my daughter, and I regret not reading the other reviews before going. Upon arriving exactly at our appointment time, I was surprised to find the doctor (Bernardo Flasterstein) on what appeared to be a personal call. We waited about 10 minutes while he continued his conversation without acknowledging us.
