I felt that the care by staff was too “professional” to the point where it seemed uncomfortable. I can’t really put my finger on it, but it seemed cold. The case manager looked into resources for us, and needed more information. I let her know that my children have locks on their door so they can go in and not have to worry about their brother bothering them. Really clean, comfortable and enough space to wait and very good doctors.
Nice staff and great facility. Large waiting rooms and lots of space in the waiting area. Lots of things to look at for kids. Of course Some doctors are better than others.
