We did our daughter’s 6th birthday party here and it was AMAZING! Staff took care of set up and take down, they asked tons of questions prior including games and a playlist. They handled everything with care and patience. I cannot recommend this enough. Your birthday kiddo and their friends get the run of the gym & it’s perfect.
Honestly not a good place. At first I loved it, the classes were great for my child. The teachers are patient and willing to work with each individual child in the class. They genuinely enjoy working with the children. However, either management or the business itself got rid of the jumping pad and replaced it with a tiny unusable version. Also the manager of all the classes and events is unprofessional and seems like she does not want to be there. Nothing like the last manager last year. We’ve had a very mixed experience with the Frederick location. The therapists themselves are wonderful. My son genuinely enjoys working with Jacqui, and we’ve seen positive engagement during sessions. Unfortunately, the front office administration, scheduling, and communication have been consistently frustrating and unprofessional. Since starting services in late February, we’ve experienced four scheduling errors. While apologies have been offered, they don’t address the real impact.
