We absolutely love my son’s cubby bed and the customer service provided by Elizabeth and Darell was outstanding. They explained everything I needed to know, so my part in setting up the bed was super quick and easy. Couldn’t have asked for better, thank you guys so much! Also we received the bed and had our setup appointment in less than the time frame that I was originally given. Definitely recommend this company to take care of your child’s mobility needs in a timely manor! 10\10.
Blake our technician was awesome. He did ask the warranty work for my daughter's Cubby Bed and included both my special needs children. Very polite and kind. The office staff was very rude but the technicians have been awesome.

Fabulous service from the start to the finish. The communication was wonderful, we got our bed quickly, and it was delivered promptly. The men who delivered and setup our bed were friendly and efficient.
Blake & Corey were our techs. They did an amazing job, &, in less than an hour. They assembled my son's brand new sleep safe bed, they were awesome, &, great costumer service. I'll highly recommend them for any of your medical equipment needs!! Thanks Blake & Corey.......
