One of the receptionist in Cheshire was the rudest person I Have ever encountered. Hope this is reviewed and taking seriously. This is not the type person you want working in a pediatric office
Can't say enough about this place. There are few doctors offices that care much anymore, you are juat a number. Infact if you read some 1 star reviews on here you would think to put them in the same category. PMA has been nothing short of incredible. For 11 years they have been our pediatrician, and even though we live 45 minutes away now in newtown they are still our pediatricians. Absolutely horrible experience. I personally drove my daughter and sons records here and handed them to the doctor after our life long doctor retired. I was told they would call me. After two weeks no call. I called them and they said they did not have records when I brought them to the office. Finally we got appoints to establish care and they canceled my sons physical he needed to start at a new school and never called us or told us. Don’t send your kids here. From the front desk to the pediatricians they are very unprofessional. I asked if it was possible to follow a delayed vaccination schedule and was told to go home and do more research and get my head out of the sand. Then once we switched pediatricians, we realized this place failed to document and upload two vaccines our child received into the state portal. They showed zero concern or remorse when we called asking them to fix it, and stated the provider who administered the shots is no longer wit... read more
Pulled our child out of here after just a few months - there were several issues that led to this but one main one being that they never documented her 4 mo. vaccines, so in CT Wiz portal, it shows she never received any at 4 months. For being an office that is very vocal about following the proper vaccine schedules, they should be more on top of this and not leave it to the parents to recognize this type of error.
