Originally i was pleased and happy with the service however lately i changed my opinion. The staff seems lost and confused. I was given paperwork to fill for my daughter but it was for a different patient. I brought both of my kids for their physicals and waited for 30 min to be seen. One of the male doctors is also very bossy discussing patient care infront of other visitors; which by the way is a violation of HIPPA. So glad I picked this practice for my daughter!
My daughter was a preemie born very early and a friend recommended Dr. Germain as a great pediatrician and he truly is wonderful and very thorough. All of the doctors and staff are so helpful and awesome. I can't say enough great things about this group of doctors. Amazing!!
