Don’t send your kids here. From the front desk to the pediatricians they are very unprofessional. I asked if it was possible to follow a delayed vaccination schedule and was told to go home and do more research and get my head out of the sand. Then once we switched pediatricians, we realized this place failed to document and upload two vaccines our child received into the state portal. Pulled our child out of here after just a few months - there were several issues that led to this but one main one being that they never documented her 4 mo. vaccines, so in CT Wiz portal, it shows she never received any at 4 months. For being an office that is very vocal about following the proper vaccine schedules, they should be more on top of this and not leave it to the parents to recognize this type of error. Originally i was pleased and happy with the service however lately i changed my opinion. The staff seems lost and confused. I was given paperwork to fill for my daughter but it was for a different patient. I brought both of my kids for their physicals and waited for 30 min to be seen. One of the male doctors is also very bossy discussing patient care infront of other visitors; which by the way is a violation of HIPPA.
