I've been working here for nearly 9 years and counting. Like every agency, PIHH has its issues, but the staff here (including myself) strive to keep our clients happy. The scheduler works very hard to make sure every case is staffed. We are on a small scale, so we value each and every client that we care for, and have the means to give personalized care that larger agencies cannot always provide.
