Pediatric Home Services is an exceptional DME provider. Heather, who we deal with for ordering is always responsive and gets our supplies out promptly. Kristen who is the respiratory therapist that handles our daughters account, is extremely responsive and solution driven anytime we have had an issue she has resolved it quickly, and with care. I highly recommend this company and their services!

I HIGHLY recommend this company. We had to find a place urgently to get supplies for my daughter who is g tube fed. I called Heather and she put my daughter in the system to make the process faster and got the information and supplies needed urgently and made sure we didn’t run out of supplies during the transition. Heather also went out of her way to help us with issues during the transition and kept me updated and answered all the questions I had. very good customer service and company.
Kristin, went above and beyond for me and my daughter when I ran into a couple issues with my daughter’s machine! She is simply amazing!
