Leisha, RT, that works with my patient is very thorough, kind and quick to get back with myself and the parents. Any time I have needed a new piece of equipment no matter how big or how small she has come through for us even if she has to bring it herself. Her professionalism shines through. What a great example of a leader.
The communication with this DME is subpar. I’ve never had so many problems with gaps in coverage before. No accountability or follow up.
The staff that works at this location are very friendly and love there job.
