Absolutely will not be going back after they moved upstairs! I find it completely uncalled for to take 2 tubes of blood for a led and anemia test! They used to do the finger prick I do not understand the change it did not benefit the kids at all!
We LOVE Dr. Jenna! The office staff goes above and beyond to accommodate to your needs, is super friendly, and the doctors are remarkable. I'm grateful my son is in such great hands there!
My children were kicked out over a billing issue that could and should have been avoided. I was given a call to tell me I was no longer welcome back. When asked why I was not called about the issue sooner I was told they “don’t have the man power to call everyone”. If that’s the case why was it possible to give me a call now and not months ago when I could have sorted out the issue. The clinicians in general have been great. The administrative side of this office doesn't care about patients at all. Our infants ssn issuance got delayed because bjc messed up something on her paperwork at birth, her insurance coverage got delayed (can't get insurance if you don't have a ssn). About a month in while we were trying to get that sorted out with city hall, our baby got sick.
