I have been a patient at this pediatrician's office for over five years, but after my most recent visit, I will absolutely not be returning. I am 19 years old now and go to my appointments alone, and it was incredibly disappointing to see how I was treated when trying to advocate for my own health. We have been seeing the doctors at PHLI for several years now. I’ve never had any issue getting an appointment. They have Sunday hours which is super convenient. They are responsive to information requests. The portal is easy to use to make appointments and request forms to be filled out.
Had an amazing new patient experience. Staff and quality of care are excellent. Very satisfied with my decision to switch to this practice for my son.
