Horrible, Horrible, Horrible, doctors office. When calling the call center representatives are rude and nasty. You ask for doctor to call you back and never receive a call back. This happened twice already! I read another comment on here saying that don't try to get a sick visit cuz it's impossible and I agree

I want to begin by saying that the medical care at this pediatric facility is outstanding. My children’s doctor is AMAZING - compassionate, attentive, and truly invested in my children’s well-being. After seeing a specialist due to adverse reactions from a vaccine, we concluded with the specialist that we would be putting a pause on all vaccines for our daughter. When we informed the pediatrician about our decision, we were asked to find another pediatrician office. To deny a patient health care for refusing a vaccine is the most shocking and reprehensible action I have ever come across.
I had the worst experience there at the Shelton location. I took my daughter who had earache for a week, I was pretty sure she has ear infection, dr Lange looked in the ear and said she doesn't see anything and she clear out her ear with water. After 3 days I took my daughter to walk in clinic this time as she was in pain still, they told me that she has double ear infection and gave her medications and se was fine after it. NOW i got bill from Pediatric Healthcare Associates of extra $11.43 for ear wax removal!!! REALLY!!!!... read more
