Daycare is not terrible but definitely needs a lot of work. Staffing is terrible and definitely doesn’t care about inconveniencing parents/guardians. Administration does not respond to concerns nor cooperate. A lot of services that are advertised such as transportation/therapy are not given. This place has potential but definitely needs workers and a honest director.
My daughter died in their care and we are on day three of no answers as to what happen to my daughter, who was responsible because the director claimed to be in an on site orientation, and what/how long my daughter to was left unattended in a room with no supervision
We need answers!!!
